Easy booking, but....
Great and easy booking service. Would have been 5 stars but my only issue is that we have booked a 2 night stay and booked the Bricks restaurant for an evening meal but it only gives you the option...

Had to try multiple times and although I paid for cancellation coverage, when my reservation was cancelled I had to wait 14 days to get my money back

Easy booking
Had previously booked for last year however due to COVID it was cancelled when I rang to cancel the person I spoke to was very accommodating and there were options from refund to voucher or rebook...

Easy booking process but confusing to whether next day park entry is included which it used to be when booking a resort hotel with early access.

Friendly and helpful
Spoke to Gemma.D who was very friendly and helped me transfer my original booking to a new date due to covid restrictions. Very helpful and patient. We look forward to our stay at legoland. Thank you
