Booking Lego land
It is cheaper to do this on line , the girl u spoke to could not tell me what level any of the themed rooms were , very poor service ! I hope the hotel is better when me and my family go in June !!

Thanks for going to the trouble of informing us of your booking experience. All our prices online are identical to what we offer over the phone so I am very sorry to read that you found them to be different. I have informed our web team to investigate any discrepancies that may occur.
With regards to the themed rooms and their locations within the hotel. you are correct, our entire customer experience team should be aware of their locations in order to assist you to the best of their ability. Please accept my apologies that on occasion that this did not happen.
However I would like you to know that I have re circulated the information about the location of the theming at the Legoland Hotel. So moving forward this will not happen again.
I do hope that you can accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused during your booking process and I wish you and your family the best of trips to the Legoland resort.
