Booking a stay
I found the service brilliant to help me view all hotel options and choose the best for our stay.

Booking process - room only
Really difficult to find the right bit of the website for merlin cardholders that just want to book room only in the legoland hotel. Also website doesn't work very well on mobile devices

Good but I wanted to also book the queue bots at the same time. It's annoying that I will have to login again and do it.

Terrible web site that had a poor user experience on desk top and mobile. Considering the cost of the trip the pictures are very limited and too small to really see what the rooms are like. Also...

Thanks for taking time to inform us of your experience whilst booking online. I am very sorry to hear of the issues you found to be problematic whilst trying to complete a booking on a mobile platform.
We do have a very dedicated team that run strict testing on all mobile platforms to ensure we are delivering the best possible booking experience. However we do understand that we should never be 100% complacent with how it looks / performs. We truly do appreciate all feedback as our goal of providing the best possible booking experience would not be possible without this.
With regards to the old information within your confirmation. I'm glad that I was able to clear this up for you by contacting you personally. Im happy to say that as a direct result of your contact with us. The old info will be amended from what slipped in due to human error when the packs where built again this year.
I hope that despite this you and your family have a fantastic trip to Legoland and we wish you all the best.

Really easy to use, gives all the best options for surrounding hotels. Very clear on what your getting for your money & in offering any thing else such as cancellation insurance.

I booked our legoland holiday over the phone. The call was answered very promptly and the staff member was very helpful! This will be our 3rd year staying at legoland. We love it there!
