Excellent all round trip!

Great team at the chalet Alex , Chloe and Sammy. Good clean chalet and careful attention to detail! Lemon drizzle cake the best. Meals brilliant really good standard!

A wonderful location with friendly and talented staff.

Cam and Sophie were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food they prepared was fantastic and they were always eager to please. They are a great advert for Le Ski.

the chalet was old tired and worn..i was in an end bedroon with the garage door banging up and down all the time..it was freezing..i eventually got an extra blanket (this is 2017 asking for an extra...

Thanks for your feedback Wilma. As I mentioned on the phone, the timer for the hot water has now been fixed and please accept our apologies for the shortfall. I am glad our staff were able to provide you with the extras you needed. I am sorry you were disappointed with the standard of cleaning - I have checked the questionnaires for that week and other guests in the chalet rated the cleaning as good or excellent. However, I will make sure your comments are passed on to our Alpine Manager .

Glad you enjoyed the food and I hope the sunshine and skiing were good too. Thanks again for your comments.

Fantastic. Best ever ski trip. Wonderful Chalet hosts Chloe and Sammy were particularly attentive. The food and cleanliness of the accommodation was superb. Would recommend Le Ski to friends.
