Major Disappointment
Am currently in process of sending shears back to Lawson HIS But disappointed that even though I only used them for 5 minutes won’t get a full refund but hopefully get 70-90% back of purchase price...

Thank you for your feedback. We always aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly. As explained, if a product is found to be faulty, we are happy to issue a full refund. Upon receiving your shears back and inspecting them, we confirmed a fault and have processed a full refund. The item has also been returned to Fiskars for review. We’re sorry for the disappointment you experienced and appreciate your patience while the return was being resolved.

Easy to order, but had to wait a few weeks for item to be back in stock, but was dispatched and delivered as soon as it was back in stock. Product is excellent and at a good price
