Thanks for the feedback and I am glad you l appreciated the support before your holiday . Sadly we had a new and very temporary maintenance man working whilst you where staying taking care our outside tidying etc. He assured us the decking and the garden was tidy and checked, our Covid check list was ticked by him. He only lasted two weeks with us as it had become apparent that our exteriors areas where not up to our usual standard. As you will see from all feedback the interiors have always been cleaned to our usual high levels,. We hope you and the family are well and can only apologise again for his two weeks of employment back in July and that the outside spaces where not up to their usual standard. Best wishes Kate
