Thank you for providing feedback from your stay at the Lodore Falls Hotel, I’m sorry to hear that didn't enjoy your time with us.
It's disappointing to hear that you feel we don't care about our guests, as our team all work really hard to deliver an excellent service for all and this is normally something we excel at. Regarding the cleanliness of your room, we do allow dogs into a select number of bedrooms, however our housekeeping department work very hard to maintain a high standard and should there have been any issue's with your room we would have happily moved you to a different room, should you have let us know at the time of your stay.
