Very good. Friendly. Helpful suggestions/recommendations. Quick response. When price of hotel increased some of the increase was paid by Kuoni and partner company.

Graet experience booking the holiday. Didnt really know where we wanted to go but with the help of LUCY we narrowed it down and booked the right holiday for us.
