I've unwrapped it, checked it and can't wait to use it for my summer holiday, travelling by train to visit family and friends.
Ordering & delivery went fine but the bag I chose was much smaller than expected.... smaller than the model I've purchased in the past. That is a disappoint.
I had a really bad experience unfortunately. I admired a friend’s bag, ordered one, arrived in good time and well packaged. I promptly returned it as it wasn’t the right one. I’ve had no refund...
