Hi Jake, many thanks for getting back to me - it is much appreciated.....
However, the point I was making was that you had already asked me for delivery instructions, so when I got all four messages from Parcel Force, I didn't need to respond, as I naturally assumed they knew where to leave the package if I was out.
It was only when I got home & found the delivery had failed that I emailed you to ask if you would forward the original instructions on to them. I got no response from you, only another 'we couldn't deliver' card through the door......
To be honest, I think you are rather hiding behind Parcel Force, when the fault actually lies with your company, not theirs. Given the massive inconvenience it has caused me, I do feel a refund of £7 is almost worse than nothing! Your heaters may not be especially heavy, when you're moving one from a warehouse to a van, but you try walking around carrying one for 2 hours!
