Thanks for your comments. We do try hard to make the calls as unscripted and conversational as possible but sadly are at the mercy of the FCA for the insurance sales and the bank regulations when it comes to direct debits and instalments! We're working with Close Brothers currently to try and reduce the latter. Ross Pounds
