Please accept our sincere apologies for this clear error on our behalf. We pride ourselves on our service - and our Feefo rating - and accept we have failed in this case. An error was made but, as you rightly say, we should have ‘stepped up to the plate’. We normally do - but something went adrift here. We have investigated and discussed with the team to ensure this does not happen again. Further to our call we confirm we will honour the £318 and, therefore, refund the difference. I received a call from the Kingsbridge Client Services Manager on 16/11/15. He provided a clear and transparent explanation of what went wrong with my particular transaction and took immediate steps to remedy the situation.
