Disappointed

I have read all the e-mail correspondence I looked out before agreeing to the insurance Nowhere does it say you have sold the contract to a finance company to pay you the fee. I don't agree with this...

It's not the direct debit, it's th fact that you gave the business to a finance company that strikes me as quite strange.
