A good policy that's satisfies clients' requirements will sell itself; there is no need for high pressure sales tactics!

Whilst the product is sound, the continual, texts, e-mails and phone calls following an 'enquiry' are bordering on nuisance.

Summary of good service

Kingsbridge supplies the products I need at a reasonable cost. The representative dealt with was efficient and knowledgeable. I would use the company again and would recommend them to others.

No I will not recommend because they charge extra 30 pounds if you dont pay direct debit on time

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration with regard to the charges incurred when you're late making payment. We do all we can to make it as clear as possible - you were advised in your phone call with us that any missed payments would incur a £30 charge, and a payment schedule was also sent out to you when you took your policy out.
