Hi Stuart, thanks for getting in touch so quick and genuinely try to address the issues. I can see that unfortunately it was a sequence of unfortunate events and hopefully the issues I highlighted will give you the chance to improve the service. For the record, I am now satisfied with Kingsbridge but will keep the rating for historical purposes. The reason is that my rating is based on my initial experience. Most people will probably look at bad reviews first and therefore they will see that in spite of the initial bad experience you addressed the issues and changed my opinion about you which is not a easy thing to do. I will be calling on a weekend just to test your IVR! Thanks.
