Hi, I am sorry to hear this about our Joy XL as we have had this bag in the collection for over 4 years and most people love how comfortable it is. i am sorry that it hasn't worked out for you comfort wise. I see this was the Joy XL in final sale. We have been approached by a number of people wanting to buy this bag now it has sold out so i am sure you will have no issue selling it on and getting your money back. maybe try our BST group on Facebook x
