Hi. I am so sorry to hear you have had a bad customer experience. This is something I am investigating now and have been through the emails to ensure we improve in the future as we take our CS very seriously. I am not sure why the code was not added retrospectively as this is something we would do normally if we are contacted so I apologise if this was not handled correctly. I will apply the £20 discount to your previous order now and I hope this we will in someway make up for where we have fallen short on this occasion. Further training will also be given to my team to ensure this doesn't happen again.
