Friendly and efficient service
Although running late, they called and were friendly, professional and efficient in their work. Loaded the unit much quicker than I was expecting.

Could not have asked for more
Honestly could not have made the experience easier. Time was communicated perfectly, and never felt like we had to rush and everything i.e. picking up the items etc were explained also.

The delivery driver Jerome today was fantastic. The storage unit wasn’t ideal when I opened though. Paid for a couple boxes and a bike to be collected and when I opened the unit a box marked fragile...

Highly pleasant experience engaging with Kellys;.Very hard working staff.
I rented 3 pods for over a year. Ben and Mark arrived very punctually and packed them with speed, great professionalism and care.
I met most of the rest of the warehouse staff during that year...
