Not great

Very expensive delivery. Paid extra for next day delivery but courier didn’t delivery until a day late with no notice or apology. Plastic posts very brittle- one dropped on unloading and snapped....

Yes I'm afraid that during our move to new premises we experience lots of problems that caused delivery and production delays as well as issues with all our digital communications. I hope we don't have to move again for a long time. Thank you for this feedback and for being patient with us when things went wrong.

Yes it is about 30% more expensive initially, but a study by WRAP an independent body supported by all 4 UK governments shows that over a 25 year period you will pay much more for wood. You just pay once at installation for recycled plastic but maintenance and replacement of wood over a loger period will cost you a lot more.
