Hi Simon, Thank you very much for your feedback we will take this all on bought and are looking to improve the wording of our design proof emails. This should help ensure that all proofs are responded to in order for us to print and ship all orders. Unfortunately with a small amount of misscomunication this has been delayed, it has now been rectified and the order will be shipped today.
