Thank you so much for your feedback - your comments are invaluable for us to understand customer expectations. As far as your storage room on the top floor is concerned, we maintain a very high standard of cleanliness in the building and this is made easier by being a modern purpose built property. There has never been any issue with dust before in rooms on the top floor, but if you would prefer to have a room on the ground or first floors, then please do ask the store staff and they will happily accommodate you elsewhere in the building.
