The sports recovery’s pillow is phenomenal for relieving back pain, it’s breathable, comfortable and an essential for any athlete looking for spinal improvements.
Definitely changed the game during pregnancy! Super comfy and don’t be alarmed that it looks a bit thin, it provides more than enough support on both sides. I much prefer this to a one sided pillow.

Super fast delivery and the pillow itself has been amazing. I’ve had really bad neck pain for weeks and this pillow worked overnight for alleviating the pain!
