Really excellent customer service! They were so helpful and efficient in helping me swap pillows- I’m so pleased with the product. The pillow I have needed up with has transformed my night sleep....
Pillow I purchased was not fit for purpose. Was too thin and was not suitable for a side sleeper. Difficult and awkward return procedure.
Package was left out side upon delivery and was soaked.
