Excellent Service and value for money
Excellent value for money. Hotel was so central to everything. Planet Hollywood was excellent given it was Valentines day and the Theater was fantastic. Will definitely go again later in the year.

Weekend in London
Yes all was fine only thing was I wanted to book 2 double rooms but you only book 4 if us one family room. But other wise all went well. Hotel needs a face lift and the bath room was quite small.

Beware windowless rooms
We discovered on checking in that the hotel room was without a window. After being given an upgrade to a windowed room we got a window but pretty much all we could see was a wall of windows 5 feet...
