Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied with our delivery charges and the time it took to deliver your table. The Metalliform fully welded table that you ordered was made-to-order, and we do state the delivery times clearly on our website. The table was delivered within 2 weeks of your order being placed which was quicker than originally expected. The delivery charge is £45 plus VAT for orders under £115 plus VAT. Just for schools orders are usually bulk orders for schools and learning facilities and we try and stay as competitive with pricing as possible for the education sector, so this issue doesn't usually occur and although I sympathise with the delivery charges - unfortunately the cost of sending 1 table means that Metalliform need to cover the delivery costs. All charges and delivery times are on the product page before ordering so that we can be as transparent as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. This was a web order whereby you would have filled in the details and I'm afraid that the details on the forms sent to us are different. I can see that you paid via PayPal, which unfortunately can default to any address previously used without letting you know which one. I would suggest logging in to your PayPal account and deleting any addresses that you do not need too.
