The consultant had no attention to detail, was dismissive with regard to our needs and was inaccurate in her information to us. We ended up spending time booking our own hotels and making changes simply due to this terrible approach to us as customers

I had a complaint about my holiday and it was answered promptly and well. I was treated with courtesy and responded too by the same person each time. I was thrilled with the resolution agreed and impressed with the customer care shown.
