Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you didn't receive any contact from your representative but, as we have explained under separate cover, numerous SMS messages were sent to the telephone number provided and attempts were made to call that number on the date of your departure to update and assist relating to the delay to your flight. Unfortunately, it transpires that the number provided was not that on which you could be contacted during your holiday. Notwithstanding, I am most grateful for your otherwise very complimentary comments.
