Thank you for taking the trouble to give your feedback. We are disappointed that this product fell below our usual high standard at JP Opticians. We did replace the scratched lens free of charge. The new lens sent out was also scratched. We would have been happy to replace the lens again under the guarantee but you preferred a refund. We hope that this will not dissuade you from using our service again.
