I am sorry that the corduroy trousers did not fit you as you might have wished. We do try very hard to create a cut that is suitable for as many people as possible, but inevitably they do not always suit the diverse nature of all human beings. Of course we offer a FREEPOST return service in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with fit or quality. Thank you for your constructive comments.

I apologise if the needlecord shirt that you ordered did not fit you as you might have wanted. We have not changed either the quality or size specification of this shirt as feedback suggested that customers were very happy with it. Nevertheless, we will take your comments on board and review the sizing accordingly. Thank you.

Good value Sirts should be able to be tumble dried. Its not convenient to hang washing out to dry in the fesh air, but labels odten say do not tumble dry !
