A lovely experience
Really good - we were not pushed into buying anything, we browsed the shop and when we found the mattress we liked we paid for it - no hard sell and no upsell - really refreshing.

Good service throughout
Very good service, through trying out various options in the showroom through to the ordering and delivery process. The Sales Manager was very personable and helpful, providing us with good tips.
