Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, however this has been discussed over emails with yourself, we did on several occasions try to call you we did speak with a gentleman who said he was your father he said he would get you to give us a call, but no returned call, emails was exchanged, you had a dispatch email confirming the URL tracking link for amazon delivery, we explained this over the communication of emails, we also apologised on behalf of amazon, and your complaint was logged with a manager, if you wish to discuss this again in further detail please give us a call on 0303 031 0320.
