Inflight tannoy information
Mostly very good. But there was no need for background music on the information en board! It required the volume to be much too loud and distracted from the important details.

Simple, easy and efficient service. Been using Jet 2 for years and they never disappoint, whether using the app or contacting the service centre the team are really helpful.
