Thank you for your feedback, I do apologise for the spelling mistake in your email address that meant the first time of sending your confirmation this never arrived to you. I can see this was rectified the following day with our customer service team and we hope this didn't spoil your time away in Jersey!
Easy to deal with by phone and email. Friendly helpful and swift replies so I knew what was happening. Late change easily accommodated really good service. Would use again rather than book things...

Very simple to book.
They were also cheaper than a local travel agent.
All covid rules explained.

Was told there was a 10kg luggage with our flight when we booked
Arrived at airport to find there was no 10kg luggage so had to pay at airport.
Haven't travelled with them before but will definitely use them again everything so straight forward sending emails and full travel information what was great was flying from our local airport home...
