Excellent. They responded well to the ferry cancellation and, at our request, contacted Condor ferries to rearrange our return sailing and also extend our hotel stay.

When our outward ferry was cancelled Karen arranged with our hotel and condor to extend our stay to the Saturday so we had our full time on the island.A big thank you to Karen for great service
