Overall very good, good communication and very easy to book online.
I would have liked some luggage labels though. Just for piece of mind I printed my own.

Service was good/excellent. Hotel rather disappointing.
My trip was part business and part pleasure. I stayed with a friend. My only critisism is the cost for excess baggage (Samples for work). The travel service was very good
