My only complaint is that I called your head office twice, the day before the delivery, to explain how to get to our property and the access issues. But nobody from the branch called me back....

Ordering experience good, delivery not so good.
Asked them to phone the delivery address 24hrs prior to delivery, but did not. Delivery driver pushed pies off side of lorry- fortunately nothing broken.
