Ladies in showroom were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble Gentleman who delivered the Monterey set was very nice and helpful Disappointed in the white glove service

Had a minor problem with part of our order and JB Furniture's customer service was excellent. They quickly sorted it out for us. Staff are helpful and efficient- would definitely recommend JB's.
