Disgusting customer service. Took my money 4th september. 4 weeks later still no parcel still no reply to an email or refund.

Parcel never arrived
I ordered a top for next day delivery & paid the extra delivery for it to arrive on time. It’s been one week and it’s still not here.

My delivery came super fast which I was delighted with! However in my opinion the material was really low quality especially when it wasn't a €20 dress. I was surprised and disappointed about that.
