The term of this promotion is that prior to completing a booking, if you find a better price on an identical vacation package elsewhere, we will match that price! This does not apply to reservations which are already booked. Hotels, as well as, tour operators have their own independent star rating systems which are based on numerous considerations such as; facilities, accommodation, location and tourism infrastructure. Several ratings can occur for the same resort. We do not assign star ratings for any hotel. Our records show a supervisor has contacted you by phone and my email to assist.
