Firstly, thank you for meeting up with me personally at your business, and secondly in doing so, helping me to understand and identify what the issue was.
Now you have the matching buckets and lids you require, instead of differing ones i'm confident your lids can be applied correctly, this regardless of which colours you chose to use.
We have taken back the incorrect products and replaced these, also ensuring that your invoice reflects this (as I know this was also very important to you).
I do hope that how we have reacted in this situation gives you the confidence that we will always work things out, this in your best interest, our Customer. It's only by us knowing about any issues that arise, and being given the opportunity to rectify them, that we can really emphasise how important we take the experience we offer you, our Customer.
Finally, thank you for the Garlic Butter samples (they went down really well within the office), it's great to see where our products go and what they contribute towards.
