Rip off delivery charges

Terrible. They ask you to buy samples and that's ok. What they do tell you is the eye watering delivery charges. On the upside this made me check other suppliers where I got the same thing 15...

Our delivery charges are set by our couriers to which we are in turn charged ourselves, we actively review these monthly looking for the cheapest and most effective services to deliver your goods. Whilst these can seem high we do not make any extra fees and try to remain fair in our approach to all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our products being of an extremely high quality, in fact part of our customer promises is that ‘we will source and supply the highest quality packaging solutions from our leading suppliers, to protect and showcase your products.’

We also do offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK when an order value is over £250.00, perhaps we could look at your needs a bit further regarding products we stock?

There is only 1 thing worse than being ripped off and that is companies telling lies. This company charges you for samples and then charges 3 times wht it cost me to send them to another office. that is 3X . I repeat 3 times but they dont make money shipping cost. lol As for my needs lol my 3rd of the price postage arived in 2 days to another office . your 3 working day shipping took 5 at 3 x the price. You made us pay for samples. The information your provided on the phone was wrong and you want us to chat about an order. How dumb do you think we are. We would not use you if you were the last company in the UK making jars as we would find another solution AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ps if you call a few other companies they will match or beat the price or at least thats what we found. the products are also similar or the same that we have placed our order on another company and will do so now every month.
