We do understand that some of our customers do like to have the option of communication via phone which we would always accommodate if requested however our website is set up so most changes or updates can be made by the customers themselves which provide the convenience of not having to call for these to be done for you. The site was easy to use and the price was good. My only issue was what to put in when you are just doing a short Australian cruise with no stopover . Maybe another option could go in the drop box

Difficult to navigate

Well not exactly easy to work out what is included and what is not. Wanted to buy insurance for son who is a student overseas, but travelling to the US on way home.
