Got cover and didn't need to use it which is always good. I did get caught in a loop with a new phone system which kept flagging me for a call back even though I had completed my application which is...

Telephone customer service that gave real support
I needed annual cover for a community groups events so it couldn't be done online. The telephone customer service team were helpful, supportive and got me the cover my group needed.
