Thank you for reaching out to us with this information and we are sorry to learn that you did not feel as part of the group at all times. We think this is a good time to express that guests who embark on the Rocky Mountaineer in Jasper end their train journey in Vancouver where they have a dinner included at an award winning restaurant. Although our Tour Director talks about the itinerary on a daily basis, we will definitely have a word with our Operations team and Tour Directors so as to avoid any confusion in the future.

Spain and Portugal - A wonderful combination of scenery and history
We thought the itinerary was great, the accommodation was excellent, the bus clean and comfortable, and last but not least, the tour director, Betty Griffith, did a great job.

The service was good as always. However, tour group size was bigger than expected compared to our previous year's Insight vacation and more tours were optional (extra) this time around.
