Your comments regarding the outstanding service provided by our dedicated Tour Guide, Karen are fantastic to read. As well, the comment regarding the cleanliness of our hotels is equally is pleasing. However, we truly regret to learn that some of the meals served were not to your tastes. We too, felt that the summer heat was relentless, yet hope that the next time you travel with us the temperatures are just right.

We are saddened to hear about your discomfort at the hotels, and will pass your comments onto our Operations team so that they can address your concerns and make the necessary adjustments. However, we hope that you were able to take away some wonderful memories from your time in Ireland and Scotland.

Whilst the hotel rooms are local in style and vary depending on the hotel, we regret to read that they did not meet your expectations. We know that the quality and character of our hotels play a huge role in our guests' comfort.
