Insight Vacations Recensioni

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and appreciative review of your two weeks in Croatia. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the itinerary well considered and the pace comfortable, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded for their knowledge, skill and friendliness. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We were pleased to read that the hotels were well located and of a first-rate standard, that the included meals were excellent, and that the Optional Excursions were well planned. Your remarks on the ease of travelling with a planned itinerary, where the practical arrangements are managed on your behalf, reflect precisely what we hope to offer. It is also pleasing to know that the journey brought you new friendships along the way. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed review. It is encouraging to learn that you found so much beauty across four states in just ten days, and that the itinerary was paced so effectively that no time was wasted. We are pleased that you were impressed by your Travel Director, the accommodation and the restaurants, and that the coach was comfortable, with a suitable balance of rest stops. Your kind words about your Coach Driver are also appreciated. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough review. We are pleased to learn that you found the scenery and activities extraordinary, and that the optional helicopter flight, the river rafting and the Rocky Mountaineer journey were so well received. It is also encouraging that you considered the hotels excellent and conveniently located for exploring on foot. We appreciate your candour regarding the amenities. Your observations about the withdrawal of complimentary bottled water and the number of included meals are noted, and we understand that, when compared with your earlier travels, these changes may feel like a reduction in value. We will share your comments with the Operations Department so that they may be given careful consideration. We were sorry to hear that your interactions with your Travel Director were not as warm as you would have wished. While his knowledge was evidently of benefit, we recognise that a welcoming manner is equally important, particularly when guests have questions. Your feedback will be passed on to the Operations Department. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed account of what was your first journey overseas. We are very pleased to learn that you felt well supported, both by our on-the-road team when you had difficulty locating your luggage on arrival in Rome and by your Travel Director, whose understanding and helpfulness clearly made a lasting impression. We will gladly pass on your kind words to him. It is encouraging that Rome, Florence and Venice lived up to your expectations, and that the Optional Excursions to Pompeii, San Gimignano and Pisa were largely enjoyable. We were sorry that the walking involved on a tour described as Easy Pace proved more demanding than anticipated, and we will share this observation with our Product Development Department so that the description may be considered carefully. Your remarks about the crowds, particularly at the Galleria dell'Accademia, are equally understandable, as popular sites in Italy have become increasingly congested, and we regret that this affected your experience. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We hope that this first journey has encouraged you to travel further, and we look forward to welcoming you on another trip in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed review, and we are delighted to learn that this was your best trip to date. It is particularly encouraging to hear that everyone you encountered was helpful and pleasant, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were professional, informative and attentive throughout. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them, especially regarding the care taken to accommodate individual needs. We also appreciate your comments on the itinerary. It is gratifying that you enjoyed the sites and found the Optional Excursions, including the Hawk Walk and Gaelic Roots, to be both enjoyable and reasonably priced. Your remarks about the audio system, which allowed you to follow the Local Guides with ease, and about the quality of the accommodation are equally welcome. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your review of your journey through Austria, Switzerland and Bavaria. It is encouraging to learn that your Travel Director managed the itinerary so capably, and that his knowledge and approachable manner made a favourable impression. We will gladly pass on your kind words to him. We were pleased to read that you found the restaurant choices quite good and the venues beautiful, and that the Local Guides conveyed such passion for their subjects. We note that you considered the hotels to be acceptable rather than outstanding, and we will share this observation with our Operations Department so that it may be given careful consideration. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review of your journey through Egypt. It is very encouraging to learn that the trip offered you a fascinating perspective on ancient Egypt and its remarkable history, and that your Egyptologist contributed so much to the sense of wonder. His depth of knowledge is central to the experience of visiting such significant sites, and we will gladly pass on your kind words to him. We were pleased to read that the small size of your group made the tours more intimate and allowed you to become acquainted with your fellow travellers. We also appreciate your honest observation that one day included too many venues, leaving you to dine as late as nine o'clock in the evening. We were sorry that this made for a tiring day, and we will share your comments with our itinerary planning team so that the pacing of such days may be considered carefully. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review of your journey through Italy. It is very encouraging to learn that your Coach Driver was so professional and courteous, and that his skill in navigating the coach through crowded and narrow streets left such an impression. We will gladly pass on your kind words to him. We were especially pleased to read of your Travel Director's care and attentiveness. Ensuring that the Local Guides understood the importance of your being close enough to hear them, particularly when the microphone did not work well for you, is exactly the kind of consideration we hope every guest will receive. His organisation, knowledge and friendly manner are warmly appreciated, and we will share your comments with him. We also value your candid description of the itinerary. You are quite right that it is a full and energetic programme, with early breakfasts and departures, and your advice will be helpful to prospective travellers deciding whether this pace suits them. It is gratifying that you felt it offered such a rewarding overview of Italy and its principal cities. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
