I spoke to Fiona Maxwell and had a blood test at our local QML office at our medical centre. It was the usual experience of a blood test. Fiona was helpful with her advice.

Quick responses to my emails whenever I had any questions. Results didn't take much longer than if you went through doctor/normal channels, but I guess its more for convenience if you are time poor
