Thanks for the feedback! The omega 3 blood test has to be performed using a finger prick sample I'm afraid as the sample is sent to a specialist laboratory in South Australia for analysis. Apologies the labs do still require a physical print out of the pathology request form, but we can fax this on request for individuals who don't have access to a printer :-)

Efficient and informative.
Very efficient and informative. I took the results to my GP and they scanned them for safekeeping. I would say it was worth it.
