We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service. The Allergy Check measures the immune (IgE) response to certain allergen panels which is the gold standard for allergy testing in Australia. An allergy is different from a food intolerance which is a chemical reaction some people have after eating certain foods - you can find out more here: https://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/health/ConditionsAndTreatments/food-allergy-and-intolerance
