Pleasant lady takes the order. No wait for the phone to be answered. Fuel delivered on time, although I was out when it arrived.

Oil arrived in time, on the last day of time frame given. Was delivered without issues but I was not sent text or email as agreed to tell me this had happened.

Not pleased
Heating oil is deliveries are frequently postponed, sometimes repeatedly for a single order, even for customers who are on a monthly direct debit plan. Watson seems to have internal management...

We’ve expanded from our origins in rural Wiltshire, and now deliver through a network of depots across England, Wales and Scotland. We’re the second-largest fuel distributor in the UK, and deliver c2bn litres of fuel each year on our famed red Watson tankers. Our national depot network means we have the flexibility to deliver fuel for homes and businesses across the UK.
